Field Sales Trainer

This is an exciting opportunity to join Quadient’s UKI sales Enablement team as they take their next step in their transformational journey. Our purpose, is to equip, educate and elevate our sales professionals through implementation of world class sales enablement and training programmes.

Opportunity is hybrid which can be based out of our Stratford, London office.

Your role in our future

  • Ownership and evolution of a continuous learning curriculum, sales education pathways, certification, and onboarding programs, across both inside and field sales.

  • Manage all aspects of sales training and development cycle from training needs analysis, alignment of material to authoring, design and delivery.

  • Effectively utilise appropriate technology and delivery medium (Webinars, Classroom, 121, LMS, etc...) to provide a blended and guided learning experience for sales.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Leadership to identify the most critical training needs, ensure they are informed and aligned with all sales training activities. Real, relevant and revenue driven.

  • Create blended solution sales programmes focused on reducing ramp time, improving performance, self-sufficiency and enhancing productivity.

  • Analyse training effectiveness, maintain ongoing communication and delivery of relevant training metrics and success outcomes to key stakeholders.

  • Translate feedback, best practices, trends, and new methodologies into easy to follow learning pathways.

  • Lead change and results related to corporate initiatives and market area objectives through effective training and development programs.

  • Ensure that training is not an event, working with key stakeholders to ensure that the prescribed behaviours translate to tangible sales activities.

  • Create training procedure manuals and playbooks to support important sales education messaging.

  • Improve sales performance and capabilities through 121 and group coaching and training sessions

Your profile

  • An experienced, commercially focused and proven sales professional, evidenced ability to train and coach across both field and inside sales.

  • Possess a strong collaborative mindset, able to create engagements across multiple levels of stakeholders.

  • Ability to effectively across multiple programs simultaneously at national and regional level.

  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills to deliver effective training programs and work with all levels of employees

  • Outstanding organisational, analytical and multi-tasking skills to assess training needs,

  • Strong management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Directors and Managers to develop and implement training.

  • Coaching ability at floor level, identifying gaps & opportunities for individuals to develop and excel in their roles to management level or above.

  • A proactive team player with a can do attitude and infectious passion for sales development

  • effectively partner with peers.

  • Experience in carrying a sales quota and applying consultative sales methodologies

  • Experience and skill at explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and relevant way

  • Knowledge and implementation experience of consultative and solution sales methodologies, sales techniques and coaching frameworks.

  • Flexibility to travel with some overnight requirements is essential,

  • A self-learner, researching new training materials, content and approach that might enhance and reinforce our sales approach.

  • Sales leadership or training experience

  • SaaS software sales experience

  • Experience creating online learning (e-learning) content.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM
